In the Lifetime movie My Christmas Prince, Samantha (Alexis Knapp, Pitch Perfect) is a school teacher in Manhattan. During her Christmas break, she always returns to her family’s home in Wyoming. This year, she gets to introduce her boyfriend Alex (Callum Alexander), a European diplomat, to her parents. But before she can make the proper introductions, Samantha is told (by a stranger) that Alex is really a royal prince.
Samantha’s mother Sandra is portrayed by Pamela Sue Martin. Her father Jim is portrayed by Parker Stevenson. Parker Stevenson known for his roles on Baywatch (Craig Pomeroy), Melrose Place (Steve McMillan), North and South (Billy Hazard), Falcon Crest (Joel McCarthy), and The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries (Frank Hardy) with Pamela Sue Martin as Nancy Drew. Stevenson was married to actress Kirstie Alley (1983-1997), mother of his two children. My Christmas Prince premieres on Lifetime on Sunday, December 3 at 8pm. It’s not Stevenson’s first time on Lifetime: he’s done this Lifetime movie and this one too!
