[Download Davon’s version of I Have Nothing on iTunes] The song “I Have Nothing” was written by David Foster (ex-husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster) and Linda Thompson, ex-wife of Bruce Jenner who is now Caitlyn Jenner. Thompson and Jenner were married in 1981 and separated in 1986. They have two children together, Brandon Jenner and Sam Jenner. (Thompson was also married to Foster, 1991-2005.) In the early 70s Thompson, a former Miss Tennessee, dated Elvis Presley (her brother was one of the King’s bodyguards). How could she write a song called “I Have Nothing”? Wonders never cease. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
