Who Is Drew’s Mom on ‘The Night Shift’?

In The Night Shift episode ‘Turbulence’, while Jordan (Jill Flint), Paul (Robert Bailey Jr.), Shannon (Tanaya Beatty), Kenny (JR Lmeon), and Cain (Mark Consuelos) have fun competing in an obstacle course race to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis, Dr. Drew Alister (Brendan Fehr) struggles to treat all the passengers on a plane who “become sickened one by one.” Drew’s mother is also on the flight.

Drew’s mother is portrayed by Becky Ann Baker. She’s known for her roles on Girls (Hannah/Lena Dunham’s mother Loreen), The Good Wife (Alma Hoff), Freaks and Geeks (the mom, Jean Weir), and in several films including Men in Black (Mrs. Redgick), Spider-Man 3 (Mrs. Stacy), and A Simple Plan (Nancy Chambers), among others. The Night Shift airs Thursdays at 10pm on NBC.
