Keone and Mari Madrid are the adorable married couple on World of Dance who incorporate a variation of the “Happy Feet” dance into many of their performances. In the video below, they’re backstage at World of Dance to demonstrate and teach the move.

Keone and Mari make hopping on your heels and then toes look so easy. Then the tricky part comes when you pivot to heel and toe.
