In the T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle episode “What I Should Have Said Was…”, Tip says he received “a very disturbing” text from Tameka’s mother, Ms. Dianne. “Which was a total shock to me because me and Ms. Diane don’t have these kind of exchanges,” he says. So Tip drives over to Ms. Dianne’s house to hopefully “clear the air.” Ms. Dianne says she’s normally doesn’t want to butt in but she is because she says “My daughter is hurt.” She tells Tip, “If you’re going to keep doing your dirt, as you’re doing…” Tip interrupts, “We both did dirt.”
Ms. Dianne tells Tip: “Y’all could stop the divorce. The marriage can be fixed. Any marriage can be fixed. People go through rough times. It can be fixed.” Tip agrees but he’s not so sure they would be happy. T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle airs Mondays at 10pm on VH1.
