The camera crew of My 600-lb Life followed 47-year-old Milla Shawn Clark of Fayetteville, Tennessee, when she was 750lbs. With the support of her loving husband and family, the bedridden mother of five was able to lose 100 lbs. in order for weight loss surgeon Dr. Nowzaradan to remove a massive lymphedema (which weighed 43 lbs.) from her leg. After the lump was removed, she was able to stand for the first time in two years. Milla lost an addition 50 lbs. to qualify for the gastric bypass surgery.

Just weeks before her My 600-lb Life: Where Are They now episode, Milla posted a selfie and she looks amazing. See below. She wrote: “We were outside doing yard work and in the garage doing laundry all day yesterday and trust me they were not happy. ?? But I was.” My 600-lb. Life airs Wednesdays at 8pm on TLC.
