In the TV movie A Neighbor’s Deception, Chloe (Ashley Bell) meets her neighbor Gerald Dixon who offers her free therapy sessions. Although many people might feel uncomfortable confiding in a neighbor, Chloe accepts the offer and quickly regrets it. Turns out Gerald Dixon is a very bad man.
