Sherri Papini, a wife and mother of two, vanished on November 2, 2016 while jogging near her home in Redding, California. Three weeks later, on Thanksgiving Day, the 34-year-old was found at the side of a road. ABC 20/20 has the exclusive interview with Papini’s husband Keith who says his wife was abducted. Based on Sherri’s description of her alleged captors, authorities are searching for two Hispanic females armed with a gun and driving a dark SUV.
Keith Papini tells 20/20 that his wife was found with bruises on her face, a broken nose, and her long blond hair had been chopped off. Police said she had “branding” on her body that contained “a message.” Sherri Papini weighed 87 pounds when she was found. ABC 20/20 airs Fridays at 10pm on ABC.
