In the Hallmark TV movie The Mistletoe Promise, two young gorgeous strangers (Elise and Nick) who share a distain for the holidays make a pact to spend Christmas together. During the time they dread, like the characters in the classic Peanuts’ movie, they learn “what Christmas is all about,” and they fall in love. It’s based on the bestselling novel by Richard Paul Evans.
Elise is portrayed by Jaime King. She’s known for her roles on Hart of Dixie (Lemon Breeland), Gary Unmarried (Vanessa Flood), and The Class (Palmer). She’s also recognized for her roles in the films Slackers (Angela), Pearl Harbor (Nurse Betty Bayer), White Chicks (Heather Vandergeld), and in the Sin City movies (as Goldie/Wendy), among others. The Mistletoe Promise premieres on Hallmark on Saturday, November 5 at 8pm.
