On the Dance Moms episode ‘ALDC For Sale?’, according to Lifetime, dance instructor Abby Lee Miller “goes on the warpath” after her trial hits the news again. (She recently pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud.) The moms speculate about the future of her dance studio ALDC when Abby’s colleague, dance legend Debbie Allen calls. “There’s so much negativity going on right now with the lawsuit,” says Nia’s mom Holly Frazier, “We’re not quite sure what the future of the ALDC holds for anyone.”
In the episode Abby is seen breaking down in tears. Kendall’s mother Jill Vertes says, “She’s freaking out because maybe she’s facing jail time.” If convicted, Abby Lee Miller could face up to 10 years in prison. Dance Moms airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Lifetime.
