In the Blue Bloods season finale episode “Blowback,” New Yorkers are not happy when a jury fails to indict a cop for shooting a teenager who had his hands up. When a cop gets shot in retaliation, Detective Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg) thinks he has the shooter but he’ll need a lot more evidence to please his sister Erin Reagan Boyle (Bridget Moynahan) and ADA Marta Avila.
