In the Women in Prison: Extra Time episode “Preacher’s Daughter & the Soccer Mom,” Hannah Stone is the preacher’s daughter. She was 18 years old when she and her 18-year-old boyfriend Spencer Krempetz and another friend, Aaron McDonald, plotted to rob and kill Stone’s 41-year-old mother, Barbara Keim, who had remarried and had another child. Stone’s mother didn’t approve of Krempetz and finally gave Stone an ultimatum – lose the boyfriend or move out. Stone returned to Keim’s to allegedly pick up some of her clothes. They bound Keim with duct tape; Krempetz drove Keim to a cornfield and shot her in the back of the head.

At her sentencing hearing, Stone’s ex-stepfather Robert Keim testified about the effect of the murder on Stone’s 5-year-old half-brother, Timothy. Stone received a 100-year sentence and was ordered to never contact Timothy. Women In Prison: Extra Time airs Saturdays at 8pm on TLC.
