On the NCIS: New Orleans episode “Father’s Day,” it’s Mardi Gras in the Big Easy. On Fat Tuesday, Agent Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) opens his bar to the public with a big party. But the festivities are cut short when Pride and Mayor Douglas Hamilton are kidnapped and held hostage by assailants wearing masks.
