On MasterChef Celebrity Showdown, actors from FOX TV shows bring their significant others on the show to face off against each other’s families for charity. One of the biggest stars, literally, is Terry Crews from Brooklyn Nine-Nine. With his wife Rebecca, Crews will face Kaitlin Doubleday and Ta’Rhonda Jones of Empire; and Boris Kodjoe from The Last Man on Earth and his wife, Nicole Ari Parker.

Rebecca Crews is a natural on TV because she has experience on stage. While a high school senior, Rebecca was crowned Miss Gary, Indiana (1984). She went on to study musical theater at Western Michigan University where Terry played college football — he helped the Broncos win the Mid-American Conference Championship in 1988. While Terry was on the field, Rebecca was singing in a Gospel group called The Chosen Ones. In 1990, Terry and Rebecca Crews got married. One year later Crews was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams. They are the parents of three girls – Azriel, Tera, and Wynfrey, and son Isaiah. MasterChef Celebrity Showdown will air January 18 at 8pm on FOX.
