After the check cleared and his divorce went through, the young Swedish billionaire bought a $70 million house in Beverly Hills. Other people looking to buy the house in Jennifer Aniston’s neighborhood included Jay-Z and Beyonce. The 23,00 square feet Trousdale Estates house includes 8 bedrooms and 15 baths and a “360-degree view of all of downtown and the ocean.”
