Fox is launching a new reality competition show, Home Free. In order to win their dream home, couples must renovate a dilapidated house and live in it for a week before inspection. The host/inspector is Mike Holmes, a Canadian contractor who specializes in renovations gone bad.

Working with Mike Holmes is his remarkably handsome son, Mike Holmes, Jr., aka MJ. MJ says his dad has taught him everything he knows “including how to swing a hammer, staying true to my word, helping others, and loving without fear.” It’s been a busy year for MJ. He just got his construction certification from George Brown College (in Canada), moved in with his stunning girlfriend, Lisa Marie, and is now is starring on an American TV show. Home Free premieres on July 22 at 9pm on Fox.
