Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins is returning to Dancing with the Stars for the show’s big 10th anniversary special. She and pro dancer Mark Ballas were runner-ups in February 2012. (Super Bowl champ Donald Driver won.) Ballas, who was eliminated with his 14-year-old celeb partner Willow Shields the day before the 10th anniversary show, will dance with Jenkins again — although this time she’s four months pregnant! Jenkins will be the first pregnant dancer to perform in the show’s history.
The baby is the first for Jenkins and her husband, New York artist Andrew Levitas. He “burst onto the art scene with his Metalwork Experiment.” Developed by the artist, “Metalwork Photography photographic sculptures are formed by a process involving the transfer of photographs onto custom transparencies that are in turn melted onto hand detailed sheets.” The singer and artist met in February 2014, got engaged in April, and then married in September. In April 2015, she announced her pregnancy.
