Hollywood newlyweds, Donnie Wahlberg (Blue Bloods) and former host of The View Jenny McCarthy, are starring in their own reality TV show, Donnie Loves Jenny. The 10-episode series premieres January 7, 2015 on A&E at 10:30pm. Donnie and Jenny are the producers of the show.
Donnie has been in the public eye a lot longer than Jenny. He became famous in 1984 as one of the New Kids on the Block. His fan base is intense and not everyone in it is crazy about Jenny. After watching an exclusive clip of Donnie Loves Jenny, Anne Nichols Kirchner wrote: “I like Donnie, but can’t stand Jenny…I knew there was a reason she married him, for the show, she wanted to be famous! It’s obvious she can’t do it alone.” Well, that last bit is a stretch. Before marrying Wahlberg, McCarthy landed her own radio talk show, Dirty, Sexy, Funny With Jenny McCarthy on SiriusXM, and she has twice as many followers on Twitter than Donnie. Just sayin’.
