Talk show host Wendy Williams blindfolded her husband/manager Kevin Hunter and led him to onto a yacht docked at New York City’s Chelsea Piers. When the blindfold came off, Hunter was further surprised to see friends and family wishing him a happy birthday. Williams/Hunter friends include music mogul Charles Koppelman (CEO of CAK Entertainment) who handles apparel lines for artists including Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez (exclusively at Kohl’s), Adam Levine and Nicki Minaj. Wendy Williams sells a line of accessories, Adorn by Wendy Williams, on QVC.
Season 6 of The Wendy Williams Show premiered on Monday, September 15. For her 50th birthday this summer, Williams was honored by the New Jersey town of Asbury Park, which renamed a street Wendy Williams Way. (I’m just sayin’, as Wendy would say.)
