Daniel Ferguson is a sales representative by day and a singing impressionist by night in the suburbs of Ohio. The 23-year-old redhead will sing for the first time in front of a big live audience on America’s Got Talent, Season 12. For his audition, he will sing the DNCE hit song “Cake by the Ocean” in the voices of cartoon characters Mickey Moose, Goofy, Scooby-Doo, and The Muppets’ Kermit the Frog, among others. And for good measure, word is he slips in an impression of AGT judge Simon Cowell — if you can imagine that.
