In the Chicago Fire episode ‘Some Make It, Some Don’t’, while firefighter couple Dawson (Monica Raymund) and Casey (Jesse Spencer) meet with Louie’s biological father, Severide (Taylor Kinney) is told that he’s a match for Anna’s bone marrow procedure. Not even her brother and sister are a match. Severide is delighted to hear the news and says “of course I’ll do it” but he’s told to consider the risks. There’s one fact he must consider above all: if Severide backs out, Anna dies.
Anna is portrayed by Charlotte Sullivan. The Canadian-born actress is known for her roles on Saving Hope (Elizabeth Gant) and Rookie Blue (Gail Peck). Sullivan is also recognized for her roles in the films The Colony with Lawrence Fishburne and (as a child) Harriet the Spy with Rosie O’Donnell (Marion Hawthorne). Chicago Fire airs Tuesdays at 9pm on NBC.
