In The Fix episode “The Wire,” Maya (Robin Tunney) convinces Sevvy Johnson’s (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) secret girlfriend, Día Briseño (Vannessa Vasquez), to wear a wire during a rendezvous. Maya is determined to prove that Sevvy killed Jessica Meyer but it won’t be easy with defense attorney Ezra Wolf (Scott Cohen) on the case. Ezra goes to great lengths to confirm an alibi for Sevvy. Part of his plan involves sending his henchman, Buck Neal (Robert Ray Wisdom), to pay a visit to Riv (Marc Blucas) at his ranch.
Buck Neal on The Fix is portrayed by actor Robert Wisdom. He’s known for his roles on HBO’s Ballers (Dennis), The Alienist (Cyrus Montrose), Rosewood (Gerald), Chicago P.D. (Ron Perry), Nashville (Coleman Carlisle), Burn Notice (Vaughn Anderson), Happy Town (Roger Hobbs), Supernatural (Uriel), The Wire (Bunny Colvin), and Prison Break (Lechero), among others. Wisdom is also recognized for his roles in films including Ray (Jack Lauderdale) and Face/Off (Tito Biondi). Wisdom will appear next on the big screen in Motherless Brooklyn, based on Jonathan Lethem’s novel. Ed Norton wrote the screenplay, directs and stars. The Fix airs Mondays at 10 pm on ABC, right after American Idol.
