In The Real Housewives of Orange County episode “Judge, Jury and Gina,” while Tamra Judge goes to the doctor after breaking her foot and new wife Gina Kirschenheiter welcomes her mother to the OC for a visit, Shannon Beador spends time with her three teenage daughters. In the kitchen, Shannon asks the girls to taste test the seafood meals she plans to sell. First up is a teriyaki sole (which is flown in from Holland “so it’s high quality”) with ginger. The second dish is a linguini with shrimp. Shannon explains that each dish is low in calories (each meal is under 500 calories). The third plate is salmon with cream cheese in the middle.
