In the NCIS episode “Ready or Not,” the team’s Thanksgiving plans are turned upside down when they learn that an international arms dealer in D.C. who just killed an MI6 officer is on the lam. And on top of that, Abby (Pauley Perrette) rushes pregnant Delilah (Margo Harshman) to the ER when she goes into labor three weeks early. When soon-to-be Dad McGee (Sean Murray) arrives, he meets security guard Morgan Cade.
The ER security guard Morgan Cade is portrayed by Dan Lauria. The Brooklyn-born actor is known for his roles on Pitch (Al Luongo), Ed (Richard Vessey), JAG (Allen Blaisdell), The Hoop Life (Leonard Fero), Party of Five (Coach Russ Petrocelli), and The Wonder Years (Kevin’s father Jack Arnold), among others. On a personal note, Lauria is also a political activist and former U.S. Marine (see below). NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.
