In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode ‘Battle Scars’, the teams works with two of Hetty’s former Vietnam War colleagues (Admirals A.J. Chegwidden and Sterling Bridges) to find former Navy Captain Charles Langston who has kidnapped a Veterans Affairs administrator who’s been siphoning funds.
Captain Langston is portrayed by Carl Lumbly. Lunbly is known for his roles on Zoo (Delavernne), The Returned (Pastor Leon Wright), Alias (Sydney’s CIA agent partner Marcus Dixon), EZ Streets (Mayor Christian Davidson), M.A.N.T.I.S. (Dr. Miles Hawkins), Going to Extremes (Dr. Norris), L.A. Law (Earl Williams), and Cagney & Lacey (Mark Petrie), among others. NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 8pm on CBS.
