Robert Downey, Jr. is a professional tease. All great actors are. But great actors who have to promote superhero movies must perfect the art. RDJ is required to do endless media about the new Captain America: Civil War — without revealing what happens in the movie. Or revealing much else for that matter. That’s where Howard Stern comes in handy. Because King of All Media Stern brings the savvy angles that give RDJ something to talk about — without leading him to Spoiler River.
So Stern asked RDJ about politics. RDJ has made Donald Trump-level money playing Tony Stark (Iron Man), a fictional character who has maybe even more money than the real Donald Trump. So there are assumptions about how the fictional billionaire would vote — boys club, right? But Stern found out that RDJ thinks Tony Stark would say it’s time for some “feminine energy in the White House.”
