In the Season 6 premiere of The Blacklist, “Dr. Hans Koehler,” Red (James Spader) and the Task Force are looking for plastic surgeon Dr. Hans Koehler (guest star Kenneth Tigar, House of Cards) who creates new identities for wanted criminals including Bastien Moreau (Christopher Lambert). But before they find the talented doctor, Red finds himself at a bank that’s being robbed by what he considers amateurs. When one of the robbers recognizes Red, Red points out all the things they’re doing wrong while the bank is being surrounded by police. Red offers to help the robbers escape for half the cash they stole. They agree but have to move quickly. During the escape and police chase, the song “Joker & the Thief” by Wolfmother is featured.
