On the Season 11 premiere of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, “The Struggle Is Real,” the agents are being challenged like never before. Josh Flagg may have promised a homeowner more than he can deliver on a vintage Beverly Hills estate. James Harris and David Parnes try to sell a 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom Bel Air listing with a view of the reservoir and Tracy Tutor Maltas “takes life as a bachelorette to a whole new level in order to sell a makeup mogul’s ultra-glam pied-à-terre.” The two-bedroom, 2,927-square-foot manse in Beverly Hills is a tough sell at $3 million.
The makeup moguls who own the 90210 address are Jerrod Blandino and husband Jeremy Johnson, co-founders of Too Faced Cosmetics, which is known for its known for its “Better Than Sex” mascara and “Peanut Butter and Jelly” eye shadow palettes. Prior to filming the episode, the couple sold Too Face Cosmetics to Estee Lauder for $1.45 BILLION. (Blandino and Johnson used to work for Estee Lauder before launching Too Faced in 1998.)
