On the Season 16 premiere of Top Chef, “The Fastest 2 Minutes in Cooking,” hosts chef Tom Colicchio and author Padma Lakshmi welcome 15 American chefs to the competition. Their first quickfire challenge is held at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky. Right there at the legendary thoroughbred racetrack, the chefs must make a dish that will appeal to a crowd of 200 at a Kentucky Derby party. For the quickfire event, Lakshmi wears a form-fitting strapless, sweetheart neckline, pencil denim dress with a pair of tan wedge sandals. The dress is by designer Veronica Beard.
