In The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode “Brunch Gone Bad,” the family drama between Teresa Giudice and her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and her brother Joe Gorga continues. Teresa doesn’t think Joe and Melissa spend enough time with Teresa and Joe’s father. Her opinion doesn’t sit well with Melissa and Joe, nor does it sit well with new wife Jackie Goldschneider. When Teresa and Melissa have argued before in front of everyone, Jackie has shared her opinion, which doesn’t please Teresa. Margaret Josephs tries to move past the subject by getting all the ladies together for brunch to reconcile, but her plan backfires, big time.

At the brunch table, while wearing a facial mask, Teresa loses her cool and tells Jackie she shouldn’t get involved in her family matters and to “shut it.” When Teresa goes on a swearing tear, throwing f-bombs directly at Jackie, Jackie says calmly, “Okay, relax with the cursing” which of course provokes Teresa to swear more.
Jackie tells Teresa, “Talk to me like a civilized human being” and then tells Teresa she doesn’t sound intelligent at the moment. “You have to stop yelling at me, I’m way too old to be yelled at.” (Note: Jackie is 42, six years younger than Teresa.) No one at the brunch table dares to say a word to interrupt the two and that includes Melissa. The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Wednesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.
