On the Million Dollar Listing New York episode “Chinese Take-Out,” while Ryan Serhant runs into a huge obstacle trying to get to Shanghai, China, Fredrik Eklund is still trying to wheel and deal with 50 Cent. In the last episode, Fredrik met Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson at his Connecticut estate, which was previously owned by boxing champ Mike Tyson and his ex-wife. In this episode, Fredrik meets 50 Cent at his CJ Enterprises office. Before telling 50 about the offer on the house ($4.2 million all cash), Fredrick makes sure to compliment his client. He notes the two bottles of champagne sitting on 50 Cent’s glass desk.

50 Cent explains it’s called Le Chemin du Roi, which translated means “The King’s Path” — hence the 14 karat rose gold-plated chess-piece of the king on every bottle. Le Chemin du Roi is made by Champagne Castelnau in Reims, France. But there’s no word on when or where it will released. Note: Jay Z paved that bubbly path for 50 Cent when he released his own champagne, Ace of Spades (see link above). Million Dollar Listing New York airs Mondays at 9pm on Bravo.
