In the Hallmark TV movie Christmas Festival of Ice, the pretty protagonist is Emma. She’s an aspiring lawyer who drops everything when she learns that her hometown’s Christmas festival has been cancelled. The highlight of the festival was her beloved ice-sculpting contest. Emma does her best to rally local artists including Nick (Damon Runyon), the town’s ice artisan. You read that correctly: the town has a resident ice artisan. Nick doesn’t want to participate, at first. But Emma is very persuasive, passionate, and did we mention pretty?
Emma is portrayed by Taylor Cole. Cole is known for her roles on CW’s The Originals (Sofya Voronova), Impastor (Yvette), Supernatural (Sarah Blake), The Glades (Jennifer Starke), CSI: Miami (Samantha Owens), The Event (Vicky Roberts), Secret Girlfriend (Martina the hot neighbor), Heroes (Rachel Mills), and Summerland (Erika Spalding), among others. Christmas Festival of Ice premieres on Saturday, November 4 at 8pm. It will several times including Christmas Day (11am) and New Year’s Eve (4am).
