On the Season 5 premiere of Tamar & Vince, ‘Love and War,’ the cracks in the celebrity couple’s marriage show. (Note: Only days before the premiere, Tamar Braxton confirmed that she has filed for divorce.) In this fifth and we’re assuming final season of Tamar & Vince, Tamar continues to pursue her music career while husband Vince Herbert continues to manage her. But Tamar is not pleased with Vince’s work performance. In the Season 5 trailer, Vince says, “I think Tamar is going through a mid-life crisis.” It’s hard to believe just looking at Tamar that she’s suffering from any kind of anxiety — she’s glowing and gorgeous in every scene on the show!
When Tamar catches up with fellow artist Tiny Harris (Xscape, wife of T.I.), Tamar tells her: “I want to be the CEO of my own life.” Tiny recommends that Tamar try to find another manager “before you have to find another husband.” Tamar says that while she doesn’t want to end up like her divorced parents, she’s also “not willing to live how I’ve been living.” Tamar & Vince airs Thursdays at 9pm on WE.
