DaNell Daymon is the founder and director of the choir Greater Works in Seattle, Washington. They are competing on America’s Got Talent, Season 12, and have made it to the Live Shows held on the stage of Hollywood’s Dolby Theater. For their AGT audition, DaNell Daymon & Greater Works left everything they had on the stage when they performed a powerful rendition of “This Little Light of Mine.”
For their third performance on America’s Got Talent, DaNell Daymon & Greater Works promises America “we’re going to raise the roof.” You can bet on that. The contemporary gospel choir has experience. At the 2012 How Sweet the Sound gospel choir competition, they were named People’s Choice Winner. Watch them sing “You’re the One That I Want” from the Grease soundtrack, below.
