On the My Big Fat Fabulous Life episode ‘I Kissed a Girl,’ while Whitney Way Thore’s parents Babs and Glenn celebrate their 39th wedding anniversary, their single 32-year-old daughter goes horseback riding with a girl she knew from high school. Whitney doesn’t realize it at first but she’s on a date. And yes, there is a kiss.
Two days prior to the airing of the ‘I Kissed a Girl’ episode, Whitney reposted a tweet published by the Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence. While writing about “our support for the Jewish people” Pence used the wrong flag emoji to represent Israel (see below). Whitney replied with the correct flag emoji and her fans left many politically charged comments regarding the current state of Israel, Netanyahu, and Republicans like Pence who do not support same-sex marriage among other things.
