In the Season 3 final episode of Hotel Hell, Gordon Ramsay travels to Loudonville, Ohio to check out Landoll’s Mohican Castle. It’s an impressive place from the outside. But inside, Ramsay finds many disturbing things while he helps the staff prepare for a wedding. The woman running the Castle, Marta Landoll doesn’t have any hospitality experience and yet she’s been able to keep the Castle afloat since 2002. Ramsay sees great potential in her son James “Jimmy” Landoll II, and suggests that Jimmy take over.

It’s an unusual episode as the Landolls didn’t ask to be on the show and they were in good financial standing prior to the show. After filming the show, but prior to seeing the episode, Marta and Jimmy voiced their appreciation for Ramsay on a local TV show (see below). You’ll notice that Jimmy looks different, too. He’s lost 65 pounds since filming Hotel Hell, which airs Tuesdays at 8pm on FOX.
