On The Voice, guest adviser Pink shared her butt clenching secret. When mentoring Laith Al-Saadi with his coach Adam Levine, Laith voiced his concern about hitting the high note in the Adele song, “One and Only.” Pink reassured Laith that he can hit it. “Just squeeze your butt,” she said.
Pink learned how when rehearsing for the Oscars, where she sang “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” She says with pride, “I sang it like a beast.” Although Laith claims he didn’t clench his butt cheeks when Blake Shelton asked after his performance, he too sang like a beast. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
