On the NCIS episode “Loose Cannons,” Dr. Cyril Taft (Jon Cryer) gets geeked up about working on a NCIS case with Gibbs (Mark Harmon). When the team gets a lead involving doctors in Sudan, Taft goes with DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) to visit DiNozzo’s ex-girlfriend Jeanne Benoit (Scottie Thompson). Without anyone telling him, Taft picks up on their past relationship. In “Loose Cannons,” we also meet Taft’s confidant and co-worker, Dr. Grace Confalone.
