In the TV movie Cries in the Dark, Detective Carrie Macklin seeks revenge when her little sister Elle (Camille Sullivan) is found murdered. Elle was nine months pregnant — the baby was taken from her womb. Several clues lead Carrie to Elle’s husband Scott (Adam Harrington) who had a one-night stand with a crazy woman named Rosa (Gina Chiarelli) who desperately wanted a baby.
Carrie is portrayed by Eva LaRue. She’s best known for her roles on CSI: Miami (Natalia Boa Vista), All My Children (Dr. Maria Santos Grey), Soul Food (Josefina Alicante), Third Watch (Brooke), and Santa Barbara (Margot Collins). Cries in the Dark will air on LMN on February 20 at 10pm. It will air again on February 21 at 2am and March 1 at 4pm.
