Ellie Goulding Starts New Year With Victoria Beckham, Dolce Gabbana

Ellie Goulding‘s long black dress with the daring slit (well, daring in the elegant 1940s, now just lovely) was by Victoria Beckham — the former Spice Girl turned entertainment/fashion mogul. And the earrings that dangled from the singer’s exceptional ears (no autotune for Ms. Goulding) were by bad boys of fashion Dolce & Gabbana. Goulding’s grace was all her own, as the pop star with a mean guitar rang in the new year with style.

Can’t believe how composed I look compared to how I was by the end of the night but I survived! ???I wore @victoriabeckham and @dolcegabbana earrings for those who wanted to know! ??

The look had to make former boyfriend Dougie Poynter think about what might have been. And apparently Poynter’s been thinking about what might again be. At least it seemed so in his Goulding birthday tweet the day before.
