While famous and infamous dance instructor Abby Lee Miller and her ALDC girls get ready for nationals on Dance Moms, Jeanette Cota (Ava’s mom) officially takes over the rival Candy Apples at the International Dance Academy in Los Angeles. Jeanette says she doesn’t have all the details regarding Cathy Nesbitt-Stein’s absence (Kathy is usually in charge of the Candy Apples) but she says she has Cathy’s blessings to lead the girls this week “to victory.”

Jeanette says the Candy Apple group dance, “Famous and Infamous,” is about people who become famous and then “fall off the rocker a little bit.
