Everyday athletes get to compete with top athletes for a chance to win cash prizes and the opportunity to say, “I beat Missy Franklin in a swim race” or “I intercepted Rob Gronkowski” or “I dunked on Scottie Pippen.” Hey, it could happen.

The host of Beat the Champions is Finesse Mitchell. Mitchell is best known for his time on Saturday Night Live. He’s also starring in the new HBO comedy show Brothers in Atlanta, produced by SNL’s Lorne Michaels, and Showtime’s pilot Roadies, produced by JJ Abrams. When not on TV, you can catch Mitchell on stage doing his standup routine. Beat the Champions airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Fox.
