The newest star of Love & Hip Hop–the big, bold and blonde Chrissy Monroe–is making a splash on the reality TV show. She recently said, “I don’t know why reality TV gets such a bad rep. It’s been a very positive experience for me personally.”
Chrissy is put to the test when her boyfriend Chink arranges to introduce Chrissy to his “number one homeboy, Black.” Black seems determined to spoil Chrissy’s all positive outlook, telling her he doesn’t trust her. Although she’s not wearing one of her outrageous wigs, Chrissy holds her own. Chink could back up Chrissy a bit more–no? When Black asks Chink if he’s happy, Chink dodges the question with a question of his own, “What’s happy?” But Chrissy keeps smiling. “One day you’ll love me just as much as Chink. Everyone does,” Chrissy tells Black. Black isn’t buying it. “Just because you’re cute doesn’t mean your sweet,” he says.
