While rehearsing her song “Break the Rules” for the American Music Awards (AMAs)–which air Sunday, November 23 at 8pm on ABC–British pop singer Charli XCX was told that her dancing was too “phallic.” She’s taking the criticism in stride. She tweeted the reaction to all her 505,000 followers on Twitter. And followed it with “…make sure u tune in on Sunday !!!”
