Actress Lauren Cohan is best known for her role as Maggie in the long-running zombie series The Walking Dead. The series, which was shot on the beach in Malibu, California, is for the October issue of Shape magazine.
In the Shape interview, Lauren talks about her “social media breather,” and the “workouts that help her stay connected to herself.” She’s quoted as saying: “If your principles are rock solid, then the place you’re supposed to go is unmissable.”
The Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9 pm on AMC.
