There are people who should fast. That’s a medical certainty, with a large percentage of the population currently overweight. Then there is Natalie Eva Marie, fitness trainer to the stars and a true star herself on Instagram with 4.3 million followers.
The irony is that Natalie Eva Marie is fasting — in fact she’s leading a big intermittent fasting challenge beginning in March.
Now Natalie is fasting because intermittent fasting is considered a healthy habit by many, especially since there is so much artificiality in most of our diets. As she writes: “If yourΒ #goalΒ is weight loss or a leaner build in general, itβs true that IF can be just what you need to succeed or break through a plateau.”
But what if you haven’t seen a plateau since that hike through the Alps? Because abs like Natalie’s, you know, don’t automatically make you think this woman should do some fasting! Right? But you have to lead by example…
