After injuring her arm during dance rehearsal, supermodel Christie Brinkley has been replaced by her daughter Sailor Brinkley Cook as a celebrity contestant on Season 28 of Dancing with the Stars. Sailor is giving it her all with her professional dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy.
Before taking her mother’s spot on Dancing with the Stars, Sailor has been busy pursuing her professional modeling career.
During a recent breezy photo shoot in New York City, while wearing a short ruffled red dress, Sailor was caught on camera holding down the bottom of her dress from flying up. She wrote: “Just trying not to flash anyone.”
The moment might remind fans of the iconic image of Marilyn Monroe and her “flying skirt” over a Manhattan subway grate when she was in town promoting The Seven Year Itch in 1954.
