It’s one of the strangest and most memorable moments in second-rate NBA history. It’s no Wilt Chamberlain‘s 100 point game or Michael Jordan‘s dunk from the foul line. But everybody who saw it — and thanks to the Internet every basketball fan did — remembers when the mercurial NBA star Lance Stephenson blew in LeBron James’s ear.
For Basketball Wives fans, make that everybody remembers when Feby Torres’s Ex Lance Stephenson blew in King James’s ear, a tactic meant to distract LeBron from the game. James was merely bemused, not distracted, and the blowing didn’t improve Stephenson’s short-lived reputation as a “LeBron stopper” either. But it was a heckuva try. Hey, nothing else works against James — considered the best player basketball player of his generation. Gotta give Stephenson credit for innovation, if nothing else. Blowing in the ear is not a foul.
Stephenson is currently a free agent, but last season he and James were teammates on the Lakers!
