Former 98 Degrees boy band member Nick Lachey and his wife of 8 years, Vanessa Lachey, are hosting the 2019 Miss USA Competition at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno Tahoe. Just hours before the live televised event, Vanessa shared the video of her being crowned Miss Teen USA in 1998. That was 21 years ago, when she was an adorable 17-year-old girl from South Carolina who was then known as Vanessa Joy Minnillo! Her reaction to winning is priceless.
