But an emotional Lovato really poured her heart out after seeing the new Elton John movie Rocketman.

Lovato sees a lot of similarities in all that Elton John overcame and what she faces daily, and she’s inspired by his sobriety, strength and achievements. But what really gets Lovato is the Rocketman’s compassion: she shouts out his charitable work noting that Elton John has raised hundreds of millions for charity. And, of course, she knows the man himself.
Lovato shared photos of her performing with and then exchanging hugs and kisses with Elton John, legend! Her Instagram has been filled up with all beach, bikinis and martial arts lately, but the singer took a bikini break to shout out the biopic movie and share the memorable pics.
Lovato wrote: “Last night I watched the screener for #Rocketman and I was blown away. Elton, you are such an icon and I’m honored to know you, not because of all you’ve accomplished or created, or overcame all that life threw your way, but because you have a heart of gold who’s raised hundreds of millions for charity, your sobriety is so inspiring and your strength is so admirable.”
